Reservations
Reservations are not confirmed until we receive payment in full.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. We are happy to reschedule your booking subject to availability.
Weather Policy
Safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to severe weather, including high winds, lightning, or heavy rain. In the event of a weather cancellation initiated by Festive Bounce & More, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Setup & Takedown
Our team handles all delivery, setup, and takedown. Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris, rocks, and pet waste prior to our arrival. A flat, grassy or concrete surface is required.
Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines. No silly string, face paint, shoes, or sharp objects inside the inflatables. Adult supervision is required AT ALL TIMES.

We proudly serve Ashland City, TN and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply based on distance.
Delivery
Free delivery for 15 miles out of Ashland City. Anything more than 15 miles, there is a $60 fee. 25+ or more is $120 fee. Please add fee when checking out if more than 15 miles.
