Terms of service

  1. Lessee agrees to company right to enter premises of customer at any time to repossess said equipment. 
  2. Lessee agrees not to loan, sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location. 
  3. Lessee agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment.
  4. If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the lessee/customer agrees to pay up to $3,000.
  5. Lessee agrees to ensure all users (& users guardians) of the rental rules. 
  6. The person/s or organization renting the equipment from (Festive Bounce & more) will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever.
  7. I am aware that while in my care, I am FULLY responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damages that may occur.  
  8. Lessee understands and acknowledges that play on an amusement device entails both known & unknown risks. Including but not limited to; physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage or death to any participant. 
  9. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Festive Bounce & more harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, cost, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage or death to person or property in connection with or resulting from the use of the leased equipment.
  10. Lessee hereby releases and holds Festive Bounce & more from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of the leased equipment. 
  11. Festive Bounce & more cannot, under any circumstances be held liable for injuries as a result of inappropriate use, good nature or any other conditions beyond its control & knowledge.
  12. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Festive Bounce & more from any loss, damage, theft or destruction of the equipment during the term of the lease and any extensions thereof. 
  13. In an event of high winds or storms, lessee understands to get all participants off the unit & unplug the motor & cord from outlet.
  14. I have been instructed not to allow any horseplay, FLIPS, wrestling of any kind or any other unsafe activities both in & around inflatable. 
  15. No shoes, glasses, jewelry or sharp objects in or around the inflatable. 
  16. No food, drinks or gum allowed on equipment.
  17. An adult must be present at all times
  18. Adults & children are not allowed to jump at the same time.
  19. Only 1 rider allowed at the top of water slide at a time. 
  20. It is lessee responsibility to advise Festive Bounce & more where inflatable is to be set up. Festive Bounce & more is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, etc.
  21. Climbing & hanging on sides of walls is dangerous & must not be allowed. 
  22. No Pets allowed under any circumstances. 
  23. No one allowed on inflatable during inflation or deflation. This is very dangerous.
  24. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users to get off immediately and calmly. 
  25. Adult supervision AT ALL TIMES.
